These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of covenantlegacy.org (the “Site”) and the digital courses, books, and materials offered by Covenant Legacy Academy (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Covenant Legacy Academy sells digital study materials — summarized and highlighted course PDFs and books — delivered instantly through your personal dashboard. All products are digital; nothing is shipped.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Purchases and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Purchased courses are unlocked in your dashboard, normally within seconds of payment.
• Purchases give you lifetime access to the purchased materials through your account — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

5. License and intellectual property

• All materials on the Site, including course PDFs and the free book, are our intellectual property or used with permission.
• Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, download, and print the materials for your own private use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share files publicly, or use the materials to create competing products.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access other users' accounts or courses you have not purchased, interfering with the Site's operation, or using automated tools to scrape or download content.

7. Educational content disclaimer

Our materials are educational and devotional resources reflecting the author's study and experience. They are not professional, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Your results depend on your own circumstances and application; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or retire content and features. If we ever discontinue the Site, we will give purchasers reasonable notice and opportunity to download their materials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or materials is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms (for example, sharing paid files publicly). Where an account is closed for violations, refunds are at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
