- To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and purchase receipts.
- To improve the Site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Advertising and analytics (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors arrive at and use our Site and to measure and improve our advertising. The Pixel may collect information about your device and the actions you take on the Site (such as viewing a page or completing a purchase) and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can learn how Meta uses this data at facebook.com/privacy/policy and control ad preferences in your Facebook settings. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings or extensions.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that make the Site work: Supabase (account authentication, database, and secure file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above). Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (such as keeping you logged in) and, where applicable, advertising cookies associated with the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features like login may stop working if you block necessary cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@covenantlegacy.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by law.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
